John Y. Shih, D.O, FAAFP, Board Certified Family Medicine
Dr. Shih completed medical school in 1991 from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in 1994. In addition, Dr. Shih trained in General Surgery from 1995-1996 at UMDNJ-SOM in New Jersey. Dr. Shih is on staff at Gwinnett Medical Center - Duluth and Gwinnett Medical Center - Lawrenceville.

Eva Toporek, PA-C Physician Assistant
Eva Toporek is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. In 2006 she received her Masters in Medical Science from Emory University. Since then she has been practicing family and emergency medicine in Gwinnett County. Eva enjoys educating patients. She believes that prevention is a key to a healthy life. Eva is available for all your healthcare needs including physicals, GYN exams, minor emergencies, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
